My name is Daniela Galea. I am a UK-based registered dietitian working with individuals diagnosed with a range of clinical conditions including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). I am trained on the use of the low FODMAP diet for IBS by Monash University.
I myself was diagnosed with IBS in 2013 and have been actively managing my symptoms since. I have had great results following the clinical proven low FODMAP diet develop by the Monash University.
I love cooking and baking and try to adapt my most loved recipes to suit my low FODMAP needs. My blog is dedicated to sharing low FODMAP recipes, my experience with IBS, sharing helpful tips and looking into the evidence behind different diets, foods, supplements and tests available!
Nothing brings me more happiness than when a patient comes back reporting an improvement in their symptoms and quality of life!
